"Highly disappointed by a waiter who charged us 200$ extra for the cutlery and lied into our faces twice, saying that (a) the ink was empty so that he couldn’t print a ticket and (b) cutlery fees has been increased by 100$ per person compared to two days ago when we first went to IT Italy. Unfortunately I even had the feeling that other colleagues have been involved in these actions too. Maybe also a memo to consider whom to hire."

"Malo, muy malo. la atención es patética, atienden con cara de orto, mala onda, el lugar es ruidoso; las sillas MUY incómodas, y hay mala predisposición, le pedí un tostado SIN jamón, y pareció q le compliqué el día, le pedí un licuado sin azúcar, y tenía mucha muchísima.el café es muy rico, lo único que rescato"
