"I was very disappointed with this location. There was a homeless person sitting in a booth, and the food selection area was a mess. The counter has food spilled all over it. The employees looked like they really did not want to be there. Very sad sight."

"I asked politely for everything and one of workers with the piercings tossed everything into the bowl and immediately closed it when I wasn't done with my order. But, after paying, she just threw the order at me from across the counter that startled me. The whole interaction was weird but I chose not to say anything about it because they might've just had a bad day. When I ate it I smelled something bad but I wasn't sure what it was as I tried the guac and the other ingredients and they tasted fine. I ate more of them since I was starving, before realizing it was the bell peppers that tasted smelled foul and I immediately vomited once the aftertaste kicked in. That was very unexpected as it takes 1-2 weeks for raw bell peppers to go bad, and 2-5 days for cooked bell peppers. I've always loved chipotle, unfortunately, but this branch is definitely the worst by far. I recommend going to the one in rosemead blvd near wingstop and habit burger. Their service was always good and food was fresh."

"One thing that really stands out about this place is how clean their food packing and prep is. When we order take out from other places, the food is usually sloppy, all over the containers, sometimes leaky, smashed etc...But not here! I like that they always pack everything CLEAN here. Their chicken is never sloppy or messy. It's always covered with clean aluminum paper with nicely placed lemons. The sides we get- red rice with corn, beans, potato salad are all tasty! Always looks clean, never packed with leaks or stains all over, like other places. Good tasting, clean, healthy food."
