"Undoubtedly the best pizza i have ever eaten i am very very fussy about what i write and when a place deserves 5 points then it means that in my opinion there is nothing that they can do to better the experience on a culinery level i have to give this place 5 points because the guys have discovered exactly how to produce the best pizza with a light base, a really leavened crust and the best in biological ingredients for this they deserve every single point. The restuarant is divided into two halls one for the less busy evenings and one for saturday nights the pizzeria is dressed and furnished modernly but not excessively bare the service is nice and familiar and the wine is a well known bottle of excellent red or white. They serve artisan beers and also produce little starters of fried finger foods as well as a vast assortment of gastro pizzas. The pizza has been studied and reproduced over and over again in order to give it present form of perfection i have a strong allergy to oil and cheese on pizzas so i was only disappointed by the fact that they had no mushrooms or onions that were in a natural form so the chef went out to buy a fresh onion to put on my pizza and in the end i had a delicious and well thought out pizza made up with fresh tomatoes, red and yellow cherry tomatoes and rocket beautiful, The owner and head pizza chef Carlo explained to me that in the summer they had a pizza which was made up of 5 different types of tomate!!! Heaven. My husband had a pizza whith porcini mushrooms, cheese, ham and zucchini, my daughter with mozzarella, pacchino tomatoes and fresh tuna and then we had a straight marinara with just tomatoe and oregano as the pizza was so light that we had to have another to share!! Carlo then bought out the desert small fired pizza balls covered with nutella and even offered liquors. I really cannot fault this place, it is a great smart casual place to go and the prices are fair and in accordance with the quality of product that is used on the pizza. The owner is just 25 years old but delivers with a maturity far beyond his years and has studied the art of pizza making well before opening the pizzeria his staff are young and bright well done, we will definitely return over and over again. thank you for a great pizza and a nice evening rita, gennaro and maria luisa santo stefano del sole."
