"Jane and Jake did our night. Perfect and tasty. First we went to the Boardman site at Rt. 224 and Southern. Our experience was terrible. The man at the other end of the speaker told us that we only tell him what food [we] want .. and ask no questions. So we went to Poland BK. Terrible experience. Waited for almost ten minutes while the staff just spoke. You didn't even realize we were waiting. We asked if someone was there, and the woman answered that she let us know when she was ready. So we went there. It was now 9:40 on a Sunday, 20 minutes before BK closure for the evening. We called the Canfield site. Jane was very kind and excused for our experience. She took our order over the phone and left it fresh for us. Jake was very friendly and our food was perfect. Thanks for the A Service. Second to none."

"Love Firehouse. I get brisket sandwich and I am not disappointed. My husband enjoys there meatball sub and my little one loves chicken, bacon sub. This has become our favorite out of the three sub places in the same area. Cannot hurt to try one time."

"I 've never had any issues here. There was 1 time like 10 years ago that there was something on my sandwich that didn 't belong. I discreetly showed an employee, they immediately had it made again by a different person. They apologized and offered to refund my meal. (I don 't know if they are even allowed to do that now, but like I said this was years ago) I politely declined the refund and just requested it to be made over. My food has always been fresh and hot. Employees are generally smiling, helpful and make ordering easy. (Having social anxiety can cause ordering to be nerve wracking at times, but they 've never rushed me)Vegetarian options: They have a variety of salads. I 'm sure that you can also order the sandwiches without meat.Kid-friendliness: They have kids meals which can include but are not limited to, chicken nuggets, hamburger, or cheeseburger. There are options of fries or fruit. Then the fountain drink machine has so many varieties I can 't possibly name them all, but they are Coke products. They also have juices and teas available.Parking: There is parking available around the entire building. The building is located in a strip mall so I suppose you could really park anywhere you want and still have easy access to get to the building.Wheelchair accessibility: I haven 't personally used the handicap accessible parking/ entrance but I know they are available."

"My parents took me and my son there for lunch after school clothes shopping. We got right in and were seated at a table. Our server was quick with taking our order, and our food came out faster than i thought it would, too. Everything we ate was phenomenal. I got the jack Daniel's burger and was one of the best burgers I've ever ate. Even my picky eater 5 year old loved his meal. The only negative thing that I could say was they didn't have much of a drink selection for kids. Which probably wouldn't be a big deal for most families, but my son only drinks milk, chocolate milk, juice/ Gatorade, and water"

"O'Charley's boardman what has happened to you. A once enjoyable place to dine or take out has become less than a major let down. Ordered our usual free pie Wednesday family meal for curb side to go and what a major let down and disappointment. After waiting 17 mins In my car for curb side to go and not one single employee creating me, I decided to go inside to wait another 14 minute's for anyone to even notice I was standing at the register I finally was able to pay for food. Getting home found no free whole pie just a pitiful slice , not 8 tenders like the meal should have but only seven nasty overcooked (nugget) sized tenders cold and I mean cold hamburgers no bbq sauce no rolls and just worst tasting food I have had all year long. Employees did not even care about customer service but they where all interested in a fellow employee cancelled trip that in my long time waiting for this terrible service and food I was able to over hear everyone stoping to talk to this gentleman about. While he got his food order quicker than myself that has now been waiting over 35 mins at the restaurant after placing my order 30 mins Early and being told a 25 min prep time for my food. I should of ordered Sheetz at least than my food would of at least tasted better and would of been hot. Worse 50.00 dollars I ever spent and will never return to this location again. Look at the photo you will see the tenders are harder than tree branches and probably tasted worse"

"4th order from Chilis and once again everything was great! My husband loves the crispy honey chipotle chicken and I cant get enough of the BBQ brisket burger, French fries are nice and seasoned and the loaded mashed potatoes are to die for!"

"The waiter didn't know what he was doing! I asked for ridden instead of kartoffeln. he gave me both and accused me of the pommes. I have no glass for the drink, they said they had no water in the machine. they had water in the machine. he told me he could give me a pop instead of murmuring kartomas. I told him the drink came with the food! another man gave me water from the machine. he was either new or had no warning!"
