"Je viens régulièrement depuis des années dans cette jolie région passer quelques jours, soit au Touquet le plus souvent, soit à Wimereux ou un mélange des deux.J'avais un peu déserté Wimereux depuis des années sauf l'année dernière où, faute d'anticipation, nous n'avions pu loger à L'ATLANTIC comme toujours.Le Speranza est un petit Hotel 2 étoiles complété d'un restaurant sur deux niveaux. Au vu des avis sur TripAdvisor, nous réservons pour le dîner.Il nous a été servi le plateau de fruits de mer (à 90€ pour deux) le plus nul que je n'ai jamais eu et je n'ai pas 20 ans.Les 6 huitres (3 par personne) étaient moyennes, mal ouvertes pour certaines (débris de coquille) et sans leur eau. Quatre petites tranches de pain de seigle molles.Sur le second plateau du dessous (diamètre 30 cm) les autres fruits de mer. Les crevettes étaient molles (moyennement fraîches), les grises idem, le crabe était un mélange de pinces achetées à part et d'étrille que je n'ai pas touchée. 5 boulots corrects par personne.Le plateau le plus nul que je n'ai jamais eu a ma table !Que les patrons aillent faire un tour à Audresselles pour voir, par exemple, les plateaux de fruits de mer de La Marie Galante ou de La Sirène à Cap Gris-Nez.Même à Paris, j'ai toujours toujours eu mieux.Concernant le dessert, soit disant maison, mais industriel en fait, un tarte tatin de poires. Part ronde qu'on connaît bien dans l'industrie (5eme gamme)."

"Small food truck located on the Wimereux seafront, a menu for everyone (meat, fish, vegetables), presentation and quality of dishes worthy of a restaurant. Fast service for this type of dish, with a smile, young people who deserve their 5 stars! Without hesitation it was the best food truck of our lives! We tried the beef tataki, the BBQ chicken roll, the mushroom polenta, the brownie and its pistachio whipped cream. Everything was delicious, well cooked, quality products, you managed to make me appreciate whipped cream for the first time! Keep it up !"

"We came to the restaurant and got a table in the corner, hidden away from all the other visitors. It took 10 minutes before the waitor noticed us. Then it took 20 more minutes before we got our beverages. We ordered starters and it took 15 more minutes. As main dish I ordered rump steak, medium rare. But it was raw. It took 1 hour. We complained and then got our old plates back, with the forks lying in the sauce. They had cooked it for 2 minutes on the outside. Still raw on the outside! Terrible experience. I don't recommend tourists to visit this restaurant! Horrible!"
