"We stayed here on Sunday at noon and are positive about the cleanliness and the friendly and also very accommodating staff. The foods are in good quality and the boobs are very abundant. It is also possible to prepare freshly from the specialties such as crocodile, shark, kangaroo and shrimp, lambskin etc. In the entire facility, privacy is possible, which allows this through a clever division of space. "General Chemnitz City of Modernity. Thus, she acquires herself and also has to offer new things. My goal was today the newly opened smac, the State Museum of Archaeology Chemnitz. Located in a generous and wonderfully renovated historic building, which now has nearly 90 years on the hump, the exhibition shows the most modern performance of Saxon history. What is closer to exploring another gem of new architectural history. I found this with Villa Esche. It was the first construction of the famous Belgian architect van de Velde in German and is a jewel after historical restoration. Operation As a local inexperience makes it, I drove to Navi and came to stand right in front of the villa. I passed the main building to the actual restaurant via flower-filled stairs. Here you will find a nice garden with covered tables under beautiful old trees, which are additionally covered with large screens. Nowadays they protected from the obvious thunderstorm, but nevertheless the operation found nothing to do their job perfectly in the rain for a short time. One approaches, is perceived as a guest, warmly welcomed and immediately receives the fine small card with an insurgent, friendly advice. And so it continues. Demands, requests for amendments, explanations? No problem. A perfectly acting team with modelling effect. You shouldn't get the food starved. This is very positive, because if the food described is already running together with the water in the mouth before anticipation. At noon, the restaurant offers a nice lunch ticket. Here also excellent sounding dishes in a refined, partly bold combination. So I decided to go for a colourful tomato salad with olives, parmesan and basil 5,50€, as an intermediate for the mushroom risotto with cherry tomatoes as half a serving 6,00€ and the chicken lobe filled with chilli paste and shrimp from the oven with pasta 9,00€ as the main course. On the way there is a delicious Rhabarberschorle and a very well-opening and perfectly cooled Blanc de Noir. Pleasantly the rain grabbed my umbrella, yet the food was served with a smile and nice words, although part of the way was covered in the rain. The first surprise: the look of the tomato salad. Really colorful, two kinds of green, red cherry tomatoes, dark olives, plentiful parmesan and all overdue with a fruity fresh vinaigrette. Enjoy. This could continue and so it went on. Perfectly spicy risotto with melting parmesan, plentiful pieces of mushroom, again colorful cherry tomatoes. The main court was then the crowning conclusion. Shrimps in the chicken lobe? Oh, yeah! A successful combination, finely embedded in the meat, plus a crisp, ideally tanned skin, a dining experience. Everything rested on crunchy little bites. Needless to mention that even the pasta for my knowledge Linguine were delicious and on the point. I swore about this overall experience. The ambience The building ensemble speaks for itself. The restaurant is located behind the main building and is not too large. It is embedded in a terraced park with beautiful old trees and well maintained lawns. The actual restaurant is not large, modern and relatively simple, but cosy. There also seems to be a small second floor. As already described, there are cozy outdoor spaces, the tables with terracotta-coloured panels in mosaic optics. Fresh flowers, only manko, no fabric napkins outside. Cleanliness Simply excellent, as in the sanitary areas."
