"My autistic son lost his cuddly toy on Saturday 5th juli ar scotch corner services outside of greggs. we will return an hour later to find it away, and my son was devastated. the friendly staff helped us look tireless and a dame of greggs actually offered my son a cuddly toy of itself to replace it. I can't praise the ladies this day high enough. if the retailer needs an example for an excellent customer service, then this is the case. Many thanks to david robinson."
