"Fire Sticks is one of our favorite restaurants and working even in the restaurant industry, I understand that customer service is a large part of the success. We had a party of 9 for a birthday party and visited the restaurant. I have to say we had a worst service I've ever experienced. From the time our server approached our table to the end, it was terrible. She was extremely ruined and at one point even one of us said wait a minute when she asked to bring salt (which was never brought along). We sat with our glasses empty most of the night and a person even had water and drink spilled over them and their phone. She never made contact with someone on the table and would just ask if we needed something to pass so that we really have no chance to answer. We had cakes for our birthday party and had the manager to bring silverware as they just disappeared. What could have been a very good night for them ended with only the congratulations that were added. I'm not sure if she had a bad night, but we all have to be better in customer service or people go somewhere else. The food was still amazing, like our cook. It only has a rare family coming together quite uncomfortable."

"I can't express how good the food was. It was so divine and our server was so helpful. There was live music and the guy played so well, he played some of my favorite songs. We sat upstairs, but I recommend def, a little dressed. We came into our street travel clothing and felt kind of at ease. Get the salmon / roasted green tomatoes!! Imma miss this food so much and I wish they had one of those where I moved"
