"It’s always something every time I come here. They’re rude and forgetting things or just take forever to do things. They have two lines but only do one line at a time so I pulled around for my niece to go inside and ask the cars in the drive through were helped and they kept coming around because their orders were wrong then when my niece gets back they forgot her drink and we’re out of almost everything and a guy that was in the line ahead of us is literally still waiting in the parking lot for his food. I understand it’s hard to find workers but even the McDonald’s on Texas avenue is so much better than this one."

"Waitress was very rude, I sat down at the front and waited to be seated. She finally came to the front and said it was going to be a 45 min wait. I told her I was ok with that, I was in no rush. She then continue to say well we close in an hour. I said ok then can I place an order to go and she said no! I then asked to speak to a manger and he came to the front and said if we wanted to place an order to go we had to use the app and pay cash. To be honest after going through that much trouble I was afraid they would tamper with my food, so I just left. Never had an experience like that."

"Mom and pop came for a visit and could not decide where to go but thankfully SO suggested this place. Yes!! Fried chicken, pork chops, grilled fish, they don't have a lot of dishes but their menu was varied enough to satisfy all of us. Mom had the fried chicken, dad had the salmon, SO had the catfish, and I had the fried pork chops. Everything was delicious. Service was quick and efficient. Glasses kept getting refilled, and the prices were not bad! Add to that the fact that they sell beer AND have a pay online option, it's a winner all around. Thank you!"

"Really bad service, went through the drive thru and the guy who took the order made me repeat the order three times and not say the price or something, came in the window trying my code through the app and the man it rude and he didn't say he was a discontinuous as I already bundle a $3 though he asked the code on the loudspeaker and not say???
