"Owner, Cook, Server (all the same person) is great! A little salty, like the chips, but always an unforgettable experience. HUGE proportions with salads and burritos and extremely tasty. Prices are very reasonable. Wife and I definitely come back!!"

"Great food! We stopped here while we were visiting Eastsound lately and eating something... We had a sequence of fish tacos and an order of the Carne Asada... The portions were very generous and very delicious! We ordered online and it said 45 minutes. I arrived 45 minutes later and our food was hot and ready to go. I saw someone checking a star because they were supposed to have a three-hour waiting period? This is a pretty stupid reason to leave a low rating as if the restaurant can control the crowds of people who come to buy food If at all, it simply shows how good it is! Although we wanted to try a margarita, we had other commitments, so time did not allow it. Something that looks forward to our next visit!"

"First off understandably it’s season so the lines are long, but being greeted by a cashier with an attitude is unacceptable for the food industry.Secondly, the kitchen doors are open, and the staff as openly bussing the dirty dishes (both ones from customers and the kitchen during a pandemic mind you) where another staff is preparing food. I’m sure servsafe taught all of us otherwise.The owner is in the kitchen without gloves, making food and just refused a customer a remake of food because she “cannot justify wasting the ingredients to remake the food because of an allergy”. Insisting charging half the price because that’s the price of propane, like that’s not something I would’ve ever said to a customer.You’re in the customer service industry, and you’re in a business on a small island to make money. That’s not the way to do it when your establishment relies on the tourism and word of mouth amongst other things.To no disrespect I’ve worked in restaurants and in the industry and sometimes you just have to go with customers and when someone has a peanut allergy and you refuse to remake a bowl for them that’s just sad.The busser never washed his hands between bussing and running food. Like come on, and then to mention it took 40 minutes to get a to-go plate when people who ordered after me got their food."
