"I held a private event at Alycia at the end of April. From the beginning Colleen was the manager very friendly to work with and was extreme for all my requests (which was a lot! I first tried their food a few weeks before the party, and it was absolutely to die for! Ukrainian cuisine has never tasted so well (and I am Ukrainian! It handles everything there its truly authentic experience. When I wanted to set up the party at the beginning of this afternoon, Katy was so helpful to help me set things up. She served the group (about 32 people at the party and was fast, friendly and went beyond and beyond! She even observed my three-year-old nephew during the speeches. 10/10 would recommend Alycia if you were looking for a first class Ukrainian experience, mixed with incredible and friendly service. Thanks again!"

"Beautiful little bakery/café and excellent customer service! Even though it was quite busy when I went, Emily and Abby were incredibly friendly and helpful. They took time to give suggestions that they thought I would like and clarified how they were making my drinks the whole time in case there was something I didn't like. Will absolutely be returning."

"I just stopped in to Ann's to pick up some Perogey's for Thanksgiving, the woman who served me was cold and abrasive… Too bad! There's no need for that…I have been buying pierogies from Ann's for several years and do not appreciated being treated like that!!"

"Picked up a Fatboy, small fries, and small gravy to go.<br/>The Fatboy was piping hot, even after the short drive home. I fully expect a nice soft bun to suffer a little bit when taking it to go, but this one held up nicely to sitting in a wrapper for 10 minutes or more. The party is nicely seasoned, and with something more than just salt and pepper. The other toppings were also fresh and tasty.<br/>The fries were deliciously golden and crisp on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and there were SO MANY for a small order. The gravy was hot, nicely seasoned, and went perfectly on the fries.<br/>Go again? For sure!"

"Waited many months for the re opening of Julia's latest venture here in Matlock. Suffice to say that the dining experience did not warrant the extended waiting period. Food was mediocre at best and portions were very small which makes the quite high pricing pretty hard to justify. We only live three blocks away but will probably not be back. Very disappointing!"
