"The food was amazing. Nice night in the port and the place was quite empty. Not sure it's new? Or after the lab day? Or what? But this place should be packed every night. She saw just 1 waitress, so she was very busy. They needed another saying, but she did the best she could do, and her service was great. The atmosphere cannot be beaten with indoor and seamless outdoor seats, heat lamps, etc. Great location. Prices were expensive, but fairly fair for the quality of food. I can't wait to go back."

"PERFECT! Blown Away how amazing this company is! I had Boston BonBon deliver about 15 macaroons to my long-distance girlfriend on her Birthday, she lives in Boston and I live in another country. My girlfriend absolutely loved all of the flavors especially the Green Tea and Lemon-Ginger. They were right on time and even had gift wrapping and allowed me to write a Poem/Note that they attached. Rita (whom I was in contact) was very personable, professional, and punctual with her responses. She even kept me updated on the progress of the package, emailing me pictures of the finished product, and hand-delivered the macaroons herself. Everything worked out so perfectly. I am 110% satisfied (if that is even possible) and definitely will have future business transactions with this company! Five Stars."

"What a sweat! incredibly unprofessional staff...can not handle the volume. I counted 5 server. lines inside and outside. I heard a hired person who said don't say what to do, I'm responsible! when she walked in the back room. I was the two. in the line at the switch. I was in charge for 20 minutes. had to repeat my order several times....Large ice-cold French vanille w/2 splenda and xtra milk. I waited for 10 minutes, and until 2 people who came after me, got their orders, complain that I didn't get my coffee. the responsible person came over, took up a coffee that was on the theke, and pushed him into my face and said: it is here! I looked down and there was a very dark coffee with a little bite of white down....no note what it was, and no one called out what it was, so I said no one called it out. the person responsible looked at me and said pick it up and read it! . I would rather not touch someone else's coffee, just like I would 't like someone else who touches mine, but apparently that 's like the person responsible runs that dunks. because when I picked up my drink, another server called out a job and said that he should just leave it from a worker. at the time the load was packed! mary lou has my business from here. no excuse for this behavior. many employees, very bad administration."
