"Wir waren im Juni mit der Familie Gäste auf der Vogelsbug. Leider fiel meine damalige Bewertung nicht gut aus. Nun beim zweiten Versuch war es ein Geschäftsessen. Zuerst das Positive: Die Aussicht ist nach wie vor genial - die Preise dementsprechend angepasst. Über das Essen selbst möchte ich nicht unbedingt eine Bewertung geben, denn über Geschmack läßt sich bekanntlich streiten...Der Service läßt nach wie vor zu Wünschen übrig. Alle anwesenden Gäste fanden das Personal sehr distanziert, zumindest die ersten 1 1/2 Stunden, dann wurden wir nämlich nicht mehr bedient. Zu den Fakten:Reserviert waren zwei Tische im sehr schönem Außenbereich. Ein Tisch konnte das Essen noch im Freien geniesen, für den zweiten Tisch wurde das Essen im Innenbereich des Restaurants serviert, da eine Unwetterwarnung herausgegeben wurde. Soweit so gut. Wir, die ihr Essen noch im Freien einnehmen konnten, wechselten während des starken Regens in den überdachten Außenbereich, zu dem sich dann nach dem Essen unsere Kollegen aus dem Restaurantbereich gesellten, da es im Inneren sehr stickig war. Das angekündigte Gewitter kam gar nicht erst zur Vogelsburg, sondern zog vorbei. Der Regen blieb allerding noch etwas. Unser Leben und das Ihrer Mitarbeiter, sehr geehrter Herr Tacke, war nie gefährdet, im Gegenteil, die etwas kühleren Temperaturen waren sehr angenehm. Bedient wurden wir dann ab ca. 21.00 Uhr nicht mehr, obwohl das Personal trockenen Fußes und Hauptes an unsere Tische hätte kommen können. Für den Rest des Abends war also Selbstbedienung angesagt. Zwei meiner Kollegen nahmen die Bestellung auf und kamen mit den georderten Getränken zurück an unsere Tische. Auf die Nachfrage, warum wir denn nicht mehr bedient werden würden, hieß es lapidar: "Der Chef hat es verboten." Mittlerweile regnete es aber gar nicht mehr...Selbst die gebrauchten Gläser wurden nicht abgeräumt, sondern wurden von uns auf den Tabletts eingesammelt und an die Theke zurückgebracht. Überlastet dürfte das Personal nicht gewesen sein, da sich die Anzahl der Gäste in Grenzen hielt.Trotzdem war es ein sehr schöner Abend und wir haben viel über fränkische Gastlichkeit gelernt...Sehr geehrter Herr Tacke, ich freue mich auch dieses Mal auf Ihre Sichtweise der Dinge, die wahrscheinlich wieder ganz anders ausfallen wird, als die meine ...."
