"If anyone asks for a fine place to dine-in in BC, I would highly recommend this place without the slightest hesitation. So far, Noodle California is the Michelin of my heart. On top of excellent service, the real star is the food. My choice was Las Vegas Roll. Tempura prawns are fried to crisp, yet leaving the prawns freshly chubby with an instant steamy popping flavor. No other restaurants satisfied me with the perfect texture, but Noodle California made it. The mixture of avocado and cream cheese smears into the rice to blend in perfectly smooth for a creamy velvet sensation. It's sprinkled with salmon and tuna, drizzled with the special house-made sauce, and showered with crunchy crisps begging to be dipped in wasabi soy sauce. The roll is too thick to eat at once, but I practically owned the kingdom once I did. Each menu they offer is honestly everything you can think of, and things you have never dreamed of. I could tell how the chef is truly passionate about every dish he serves. I've tried twelve dishes so far, and every one of them was awe-striking. Special rolls should be recognized as a masterpiece, as it is perfectly balanced with elegant design and flavor to die for. Bon appetite, everyone!"

"I order food from Noodle California at least once a week, food is phenomenal, and Naomi treats you like family. If anyone asked for a recommendation for a restaurant I would highly recommend Noodle California over anything else."

"My go to place for more exotic flavours that are desperately needed for a guy in camp for weeks at a time. Small, but kind staff and quick service make it my first stop when I get to town. Their Curry Ramen in particular is excellent. Was a little disappointed with the gyoza at one visit since it was over fried, but the rest of the times I have been and the other foods have been spot on."
