"Brought my family here for dinner because we have come here multiple times without complain until I decided to try their ramen. It was good except it is was on the dry side to the point that the noodles are way above the both. I asked if I could please have maybe a little broth which I offered to pay for as well if necessary. They refused citing each preparation comes with a packet and that is all it needs. My palate cannot take the ramen dry. To compromise I asked instead for some hot water. Still a no go and they chose instead take the food and not make me pay for it instead of resolving the issue which would have made me much delighted to enjoy it. Eventually, I had a chance to talk to the owner/manager to help me understand why they chose to do that and all I have gotten was a hint to go somewhere else and guess what, I will! These current management should not be in the food business with this kind of mindset."
