"Found this hotel in Relais du Silence, a lovely setting with ponds and ducks and this provided an enjoyable stroll before dinner. Superb turbot with equally impressive accompaniments, and an excellent coffee soufflé. I think our room's blue bathroom suite must have been from when the farm was first converted into a hotel! The restaurant was lacking in atmosphere, possibly too bright, but the staff were very professional, if a trifle pompous!"
