"I?m back again, and it?s the same woman who took forever the last time!? I cannot believe the wait? the woman in front of me left, she was waiting so long? why don?t they have the food cooked and ready to drop in the bag? it?s insanity the wait?I go toanother KFC a couple towns over and they are so fast? this place is such a nightmare?. Last time I was here? Love KFC but thewait is awful. This was Saturday, 8/13. I tried going inside versus the drive through? signs on both doors say ?dining roomopen?? so I got out of line to go inside? only to have to get back in drive thru drive through again, because the doors wereLOCKED? and I ended up being further back in the line!? the wait was easily 30 minutes. Then when we do get up to the window weorder 8 tenders, just the tenders, $22.00? I said that can?t be right? she said that?s what the register says? I said yesterdaywe ordered 6 tenders and it was $10.00? you mean it?s $12.00 more for 2 tenders? she insisted that?s what it was? so I said finegive me 6 tenders for $10.00. She made the guy she was working with take out two of the tenders out of the box. This placereally needs to hire a good manger? Friday the service was good but that was the exception? but even before then the service wasoften awful? I?d go in there at dinner time and they?d be out of chicken. I can?t even imagine how much money they have lostwith poor service and poor organization?"

"By far the WORST Wendy’s I’ve ever been to; AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! I went in and got extremely slow service even though I was the front of the line. It took a while from the last order in front of me to the Cashier acknowledging my existence. After waiting about 20 minutes I was lucky to even notice he got my very simple order wrong. It then took five extra minutes to void the order, and even longer to see my thing of fries being put in the bag which delayed an extra 15 minutes. Probably the worst aspect of all is after correcting multiple times I walked away paying full price for the wrong food! I was so angry I looked up the customer complaint line and after waiting another 15 minutes they hung up on me mid call. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN!!!! Should have asked for money, it would have been easier than trying to order normally."

"Many years ago, I visited this Wendy’s and had a sub-par experience. After suffering through the 20 minute line, the Wendy’s then proceeded to mix up my coke and give me a Dr. Pepper instead. Naturally, I was taken back. Typically, I am a big fan of Wendy’s and their Spicy Chicken sandwich, but this experience made me want to avoid this establishment all together. However, I am a believer in 2nd chances.When I arrived at this Wendy’s for the 2nd time, my expectations were at rock bottom. I was afraid to be hurt yet again. First impressions, though, were much better. I moved through the drive-through line with ease, collecting an order for me and my associate relatively quickly. The staff was friendly and professional when I spoke with them. I pulled away happy, glad I had given this Wendy’s a second opportunity. And then I arrived to eat my foodEverybody knows that a key ingredient of the Spicy Chicken Sandwich is sauce. That sauce becomes even more important in an order of chicken nuggets (like the ones my associate got). So you can imagine my anguish when I opened my bad and found NO SAUCE. I wanted so badly for this to be a story of redemption, but it seems that is far from the truth. The old wound of betrayal was reopened, and I am left empty and abandoned. I hope one day I can go to this Wendy’s and leave smiling. But that day is not today."

"The worst experience at Buffalo Wild Wings I have ever had. I placed my order it said at 7:17 your food will be delivered, then that changed to 7:32 then at 8 a hour after I had ordered I got a text saying my order had been canceled or modified I called and they told me my order had been stolen they already have made my food again and a driver is picking up my food. Another hour goes by again and I don’t hear anything or have my food and I called them again and they tell me the food had been sitting there and no one has picked it up and i asked well do I need to cancel or what and the lady didn’t care at all she just said no body has came by then after a few seconds of silence said I think a driver is coming now so I hang up 30-40 minutes later I call again because this is absolutely ridiculous I called about 12 times because they kept answer and said I’m gonna place you on hold then every single time I would get sent to a voicemail for a restaurant because that makes since then the 12th try calling someone answers then says the same thing can I place you on a brief hold I told the person no I’ve been trying to call the brief hold is you transfer if me to some voicemail box. I ordered my food damn near 3 hours ago what’s going on the lady on the phone didn’t care either and just said we are just canceling your order and hung up on me. Customer service was rude and terrible I understand not having any drivers but to not say anything having my phone number on file you can’t call to tell me my order isn’t being picked up it’s probably best we cancel I mean come on. Terrible location with careless employees that basically just expect you to get over it and move on not having food or your money back. I will be going to management about his."
