"Incredibly rude staff. When you use your priority app they treat you like you are the lowest of the low and like it’s costing them money to make you the drink. Only ever found this in this Branch every other Cafe Nero staff are...more than ok for you to use the offer. Staff talk to each other in a foreign language whilst making your drinks which is very uncomfortable and often make the drinks wrong on purpose I suspect. It’s not much better when your not using the offer. Toilets are usually disgusting. Place needs a good deep clean. I actually hate going in there but visit family over that area. Not a pleasant place to go at all"
