"OK imagine this… you and your family of five just left graduation of your oldest daughter, trying to find somewhere to eat for dinner cause we’re starving and thirsty because of the heat, driving around we couldn’t find nowhere that could take us because it was at 9:09 PM and most restaurants close at 10, or they didn’t have enough staff to handle five people. So we took a chance and came here after two failed attempts of somewhere else to eat. Our server Jaime was the only person we noticed in the restaurant besides a whole family with a baby. He was outstanding. He was extremely quick and making sure our cups were filled even though we we’re so thirsty we needed to lease two refills before we even got our food. But he was on top of it and with a great at attitude he even congratulated my daughter. Food was also very quick and perfect! I have absolutely no complaints. Honestly his service is what made our night so much better."

"Fatuccine alfredo chicken shrimps and broccoli had me super full, but it was delicious. The chicken was super delicate, beautiful size shrimps and the flavors were on point. It wasn't waiting to get a table and the waiter will take care of you to make sure to stay full.. will be back here when I'm in this area... Thyssen"

"Sub par food, atmosphere would have been fine if there hadn?t been a fight break out in the kitchen. Don?t really know what happened, just a lot of yelling, cursing, and EXTREMELY racist language being used. One person said something to the effect of ?I can?t believe they let such a disgusting person cook food here?. Completely unprofessional on the part of the staff. Asked for a manager to come to the table, we were told ?everything is under control, there is nothing to be worried about?. Probably not this young ladies fault, I would completely blame poor and inadequate training. Quickly paid and got out. After leaving, two staff involved in the altercation were outside of the front door, they were verbally aggressive to my wife and grandmother, but did stop after my wife repeatedly told them that they were customers and were not to be treated as such. Not sure how such a nice location has such disrespectful staff, but definitely will never cross the threshold of this depressing place ever again. One positive note, the server that took care of us was attentive and kind. She was clearly flustered and distress by the situation, but still managed to hold a commendable amount of composure after being involved in the situation. Thank you to her."

"I am very unhappy with the j chicken plate that I purchase from them. They charged $15 for the plate and it was basically just filled with rice. There was not even a full piece of chicken in the container. Most of what was in the corner was bone with minimal amount of meat and skin. I have order j chicken from many different restaurants in Richmond and this is the worse one I've ever had. If you are looking for a good plate of food with a good amount try Charles' Kitchen or Irie Vibes."
