"I have almost always used the text to order since it has a discount. Used to work great but recently it seems to be bugged. I started trying to order my pizza at 6:40 and didn't get it actually confirmed until 7:20. It said my ETA would be around 60 mins. Past 9 so I just called to see where it was at and they have no history of it. No refund but they'll give me a $20 credit for next time even though it had cost more than that. Last time it was late and was completely cold as well. Pizza itself is usually good but if I try to order anything extra as far as extra toppings or their specialty crust it's hit or miss on whether they actually do it."
