We only wanted fish, and we were spoiled. first tasting, beautiful original presentation composed of a love tomato with basil, mini croquette with cheese and small crunchy garnished with avocado foam, the tone is thrown. the second, cold jelly with herbs and crustacean mousseline, all fresh and well balanced. first entry, carpaccio of fish and smoked eel accompanied by miles of flavors, bulgour, truite eggs, young shoots and small vegetable foams, a pleasure for the eyes and the palate. second entry, low temperature turbotin, vegetable chutney and spicy juice, good cooking and slightly exotic. dish, cooked line bar with large salt, perfectly cooked, vegetable lasagna, potato gratin and light cream with herbs. pre dessert, wonderful sorbet with lemon on a bed of lemon curd and Italian meringue, it explodes in the mouth. dessert, to breathe, one thinks to eat an apple, it's crunchy and melting at once, stuffed with a red fruit mousse and accompanied by a light ice cream with the vanilla of madagascar, a feast. very beautiful wine, tea and homemade mignardises. michelin seems to have forgotten them, it has a 3-course lunch to 32€ that deserves a very large gourmet beep.
