"Really disappointed in the restaurant !! Went for birthday meal worst meal ever over priced food ,when i asked for the bill they didn't want to give it they wanted serve more food when i didn't want more food , annoyed when i took my baby they didn't want my baby in restaurant due fact they don't have facilities for children's !!!! Dont waste your money i was hungry after my food total cost was £75 plus service charge of £5 for putting my coat away !!!!!!"

"The reason this restaurant remains 'relatively ' popular is because of it 's beautiful setting and interior design, but the food is awful and has been for a while. Either they have a bad chef or the chef has a very limited budget? Either way the food is appalling. Old chewy vegetables, chewy meats, even chewy fish. It 's the pits. Save your money and go to McDonalds or Burger King down the road. You 'll get what you pay for there. Complaints were badly handled by staff who insisted we still pay £140 for the pleasure and made us wait until the manager was free to talk to us. Joke."

"Quiche, salad and chips was tasty and good portion not too big. Gammon and chips was good would prefer it with peas rather than salad. Shame they don 't do flat white coffees. Seems a bit pricey especially if you don 't have the discount card to get 'free ' coffees. Cafe area was cold it 's part of the massive open shop area"

"Not a great experience. 3 of us went. One of us had a nice meal, one of us got a meal complete with hair in it( this was replaced) and I ate very little of my meal literally a couple of mouthfuls. It did not taste good and to add insult to injury despite virtually a full plate of food being taken from the table no one asked if food was okay. My opinion if you can't do good fish and chips something is badly wrong and food should not have hair in it!!!! Waiting staff should be asking if food Is okay especially when a plate has loads of food on it when it is taken away. Verdict disappointing and a waste of money. Terrible customer service, poor food and totally spoiled a reunion with friends. Leaving the restaurant hungry and quite angry. A waste of money 2 customers not satisfied out of 3 not a success."

"The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious. I can't fault anything, the staff asked if everything was alright. And left you to it. But if needed any else or extra they was always someone round and about. I will definitely becoming back here for afternoon, if not a nice lunch. The food and the service is lovely.
