"My wife and I frequent some of the finest dining establishments in the UK and abroad, restaurants of Gordon Ramsey, Jamie Oliver and Heston Blumenthal are amongst our favorites. I have to say that we both agree that L'experience is still the one we look forward to the most. The food is exquisite, the location idyllic and the atmosphere is perfect for enjoying each other's company. Belinda makes everyone feel welcome to the point my mother will at times go on her own knowing she'll be welcomed. We can't rate this restaurant highly enough, if it were in the South West, it would surely have already been awarded a Michelin star."

"As a burger restaurant, the burgers are naturally the highlight and they were fantastic. Cooked perfectly they advertise that they are served slightly pink which is how (beef) burgers should be. Fresh local ingredients and the Ross bakery buns were almost as good as the burger itself. However, pretty disappointed with the side. Cheesy truffle fries came with barely any cheese at all (the picture is how they arrived). Not sure they really qualify as 'cheesy '! Couldn 't taste any truffle either though I could smell it, so possibly just fried in truffle oil. Either way, the burger was absolutely worth the price, the sides not so much. Still highly recommend a visit if you like great burgers."
