"We went to lunch during a working day. The set-up was a bit like a cafeteria (the food along a counter where you pay and the tables throughout the restaurant), but the food was great and the portions were fair. The service... was a little slow, but they were blown up with the lunch break, so I don't think it bad when the server was polite and competent."

"My family and I stumbled over this jewel and visited Corner Brook last night. The food was incredibly delicious, the presentation was spectacular, and the ambience was remarkable. The restaurant was beautiful. The decor was Christmas theme, music played, and the service was over...above! We highly recommend this place and will definitely be back when we are in Corner Brook. We give the 10 out of 10. And there is a bonus.... Craft shop below is an absolute must to visit."

"We have been frequent visitors to Newfound Sushi and never been disappointed. As we travel a lot we eat at many restaurants but this is one of the best sushi ones around. The atmosphere is lively and the upstairs has the most beautiful bar top and artwork. If you are visiting Corner Brook this is a must. Booking is recommended as it is so popular but otherwise you might be lucky and find some space at the bar where you will meet all sorts of other travellers enjoying the food."

"The Wine Cellar is our favourite steakhouse on the west coast when celebrating a special occasion or indulging during date night. Located on the bottom floor of the Glynmill Inn, the Wine Cellar boost a cozy, romantic atmosphere, excellent service and delicious food. There are usually several specials each evening, wine list, and steak prepared to taste. I would like to extend a special thanks to Shelley who takes such great care of us time and again!Also, I would highly recommend booking a reservation."

"Linda and staff are freaking awesome. They take the time to know their patrons and make you feel like one of the family. When kids visit afterschool for ski lessons, the staff gets to know them and makes sure they are safe until the parents can pick them up. Also they have the BEST homefries in the Corner Brook area."
