"Our experience at La Belvedere was a major highlight of our trip. We too the Nature menu for lunch at EUR59pp with 5 courses +amuse bouch and petit four. The food was of an extremely high standard...highlights being the crispy escargots, beautifully cooked pigeon and the dessert......well the dessert was probably best I have ever had. A muscavado sugar cylinder packed with fruit, mousse and an amazing tangy sorbet on the side. It's really hard to fault this meal but had the trout had a crispy skin it would have been nice and discs of 'cake' in the dessert were probably a bit flavourless and unnecessary - the fact that I mention that still shouldn't detract from how good that dessert was! The service was unbelievably good, the location is spectacular. I cannot wait to come back."

"This restaurant was recommended by our hotel and we were not disappointed. We were four and all enjoyed our meal, 3 taking the lower price menu and 1 the higher price. We all thought good value. The dining room itself lacks ambience and we thought on arrival ,rather uninviting. However the staff soon changed our mind, all very charming and helped make our evening special."

"We had a marvellous meal here last Wednesday night with great friends who have house nearby. Service is friendly and very professional. The food is excellent. We each had the Menu the Euro 41 version 3 courses) with matching wines white, rose, red and a desert wine). A very memorable night Highly recommend a visit."

"We spent a night in the hotel for a short anniversary getaway, and booked dinner in the restaurant, although we also considered booking a table at the Michelin starred restaurant nearby. I’m so glad we didn’t! We couldn’t have enjoyed our meal more, and at a fraction of the price! We were slightly worried we might be alone in the dining room as we were the first to arrive at 7.30, but within an hour the place was full and buzzing and it’s clear why! Delicious food, great value and friendly efficient service too. Highly recommended!"
