"Follow-up to my previous glowing review. I ordered some coffee via the Bishops website and promptly received an order confirmation email. And that's all I have received. I tried to call, she/they apparently don't take calls and don't accept voicemails either meaning you can't even leave a VM. I sent a text; no response received. I waited a few more days and replied to the confirmation email; guess what? No response after several days. I fully recognize this is a small business, potentially just one person, but some minimal level of CS needs to be maintained. My suspicion is that because I selected the least expensive shipping method which was less than $2, that my order will not be filled. However, either honor that as it was an option presented on your site, or remove that option if it is not viable. Beyond poor service that can't be justified."

"I'm ashamed to admit that after years of living here this is my first time trying Happy Donut. I drive by daily and neglected this hidden gem. Don't let the outside fool you. The girl at the counter was super friendly and helpful. New owners, Korean, also named Mr. Kim. Comes in at midnight so that the donuts are fresh and yummy first thing in the morning.
