"I absolutely loved this place and the lovely owner Amal!!! We went there as a group for afternoon tea, and had the best view of Bedford Basin along with delicious pastries , desserts and flavorful teas serves in Fine China porcelains. This place is the ONLY place in Halifax that has High Tea tradition. Amal and her husband definetely created an amazing one of a kind atmosphere and I definetely recommend everyone to go ans try it out. They also have gorgeous hats to put on and to take pictures. Can’t wait to go again :"

"Visited with family and it was average.The service was fast and the fries were good but the menu is limited.Even though we ate in, it all came in a paper bag.They should use trays when eating in and they should not wrap the burgers in foil.Our burgers were all squished and the buns were all wrinkly...lolThere are better burger places to spend your cash."

"I had food issues I talked with manager in the morning . He was so stupid didn’t even understand my order and didn’t even try to understand. He was so rude . One white girl was sitting on the counter top laughing and enjoying when manager was trying humiliating. I wish I can report the whole scenario to head office about the service I got ."

"My review is based on the customer service only, not the food. The food was great so no complaints there. I booked a private function for golf - two rooms a month in advance. When we arrived, we were not greeted, I had to go around and look for someone even though the place wasn't that busy. Once we got into the rooms, we then again had to track someone down to show us how to operate the simulators. We were not made aware there was a call button on the wall - until later in the evening. We learned afterward that this would let them know we wanted service for food and drinks. So, we continually had to go ask, or hunt staff down. What bothered me the most, the place was empty besides the rooms and the staff were gathered around talking on their phones. This really bothered me because they asked us at the beginning if it was our first time there in which I answered yes. You would have thought they would have taken 5 minutes to explain the call button and the simulators. At the end of the night, it was frustrating knowing I spend hundreds of dollars and left thinking the service was terrible."
