"Chargrilles oysters, gumbo, barbecue shrimp, lobster Marco were all wonderful. Service was impeccable I tipped almost 1/3 of the bill to show my appreciation. One more item, I order a Sundae and he brought me the whole weekend! That thing was huge very tasty!"

"Mother's Day at AJ's was a total shocker when we received the final bill of 168.00 [without tip] for 3 people. The menu was set, no prices listed. The menu lead you to believe that the pricing was 1 total price for the appetizer, second course, entree and dessert. The food was good, but not anything spectacular by any means. The service was slow (was not even crowded 1245 PM when our reservations were) although Mary our server was very nice and tried hard to please us. I think the problem was in the kitchen with production. I ate at AJs numerous times in that past prior to it's moving to Madison..real good then. Something has gone wrong at AJ's. Sorry to say that I will not be going back, sure can't afford it. Way too proud of their food and location."
