"Poor Service gave reheated coffee from night before. Advised girl Coffee was cold her response SO ! SO, I would like fresh! As well earlier in week arrived just before 7:30 am Sign says open at 7am, really no one was there at 7:30 how can...your sign say OPEN at 7 ??????"

"Excellent drive-thru service. Efficient, fast and delicious. I have to admit Taco Bell in the US for some reason is just not great at all. First time trying TacoBell in CAN was definitely amazing."

"Great restaurant, food, atmosphere and very friendly staff.. Just wish they made online ordering easier and more accessible for times when customers cannot make it into the restaurant. That’s literally the only downfall and inconvenience BUT their foods worth the hassle. :)Vegetarian options: Yes.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly there and Lots of kid friendly menu items and options. Last time I was there the waitress even brought out colouring stuff for the kids and a high chair for the baby.Parking: Lots of parking it’s in gullivers plaza at Queenston Rd and Centennial Pkwy.Wheelchair accessibility: Easily wheel chair accessible. "I went to the Stoney Creek restaurant and had a wonderful experience. I was greeted by a friendly and helpful person. I didn't know what I wanted and asked the server to help me. She was patient and most helpful. I had a wonderful burrito, which I would certainly have again. After eating I needed to plug in my computer as I was almost out of battery. This same person retrieved a power bar slightly in back of the drink cooler, plugged my computer cord. I was most grateful to her. She treated me like a queen. I learned her name is the new manager whose name is Mansi. She is a gem!"

"We were seated quickly, server nice. Was brought their bread stick with butter. As we were eating it, we asked what kind of butter and were told it was margarine. Well we both stopped eating it. Salads came, i ordered Tossed and my boyfriend order Caeser. The Caeser salad looked like someone just dumped a bottle of dressing on and was in edible. The Tossed salad was fine. \Our dinner came and i had ordered the Kung Pao stir fry, it looked and smelled delicious till i tasted it. The sauce tasted burned. The Pea Pods were burned and there definitly was not 9 different veggies like the menu said. The noodles were not cooked enough and the whole dish tasted off, with an after taste of burnt. My boyfriend, who won;t complain said he would take it home to eat. We told the waiter and because he said he would take it home, nothing was done, not even some discount off the bill. He did ask if i wanted to order something else and i decllined. Our sever was very nice. I used to go to East Sides when my childrenwere younger and the food was great. I will not return to this restaurant."

"I went with a couple of friends on a week night. Brisket is my favorite, soo, I ordered the brisket sandwich. I could have been more disappointed, but not by much. Note to self only order brisket at a 'smoke house ' type of establishment. I upgraded my side to a Caesar salad for $1.99. Not that the salad wasn 't good, it was OK, but honestly $1.99 upcharge for the cup of salad on a plate preposterous!! Won 't do that again, actually, I haven 't been to a Montana 's in about 15 yrs, and hopefully it 'll be 16 yrs before I eat there again."

We ordered desert (coconut cream pie), waitress asked if we wanted it a no charge. She asked us,...Of course we're going to say yes. All out of cream pie. Didn't offer anything else. Won't be returning, of chicken breasts were well cooked"
