"Absolutely wonderful food and service. After we had such a terrible experience in another facility, we made the trek to One Bistro for pancakes and French toast. The current specials were caramel apple seasoned pancakes and peanut butter bananas French toast. Both had to die. The pancakes came hot and fresh with caramel apple sauce and slightly boiled fresh apples, only enough to get on the outside with a bit crunchy in the middle and a ton of fresh taste. There was no need for syrup, the caramel apple sauce was sweet enough and tasteful. The French toast was filled with a peanut butter cream and ripe bananas and melted into the mouth. It was filled with chocolate sauce to give you this little extra touch. Our meals also came with a side of bacon or sausage. The bacon was perfectly crispy and a good choice, that is your preference, but the sausage could have been the best I ever had. It was all you hope of from sausage with an additional kick to really seal it as a top pick. They were also very accommodating for my one-year-old who has a milk allergy. There was nothing on the menu milk for free, but they cloged a few eggs for them so that they could eat as we were.
