"Blah! Ordered two pizzas and a Cinnabon desert. Delivery was very FAST so that is why it gets 2-stars instead of one. The pizza's were hot, but the one with extra cheese, the cheese was not melted and cooked through. The sauce was all sugar, candysweet and hard to eat. Is this new? If so, it's a bad idea unless it's Pizza for kids. It was not worth eating, but it wasnearly 8pm and we were hungry so we ate a 1/2 a pizza and tossed out 1 and 1/2 pizzas. I can't see any way of saving them withbad sauce. Now something that should be sweet the Cinnabon Rolls were sweet, but that's not cinnabon dough. It's likecongealed paste and could be modified pizza dough. Nothing like what you get at Cinnabon stores our outlets. Not sure whatthat was. I remember when we used to go to Pizza Hut and sit down and order a Pizza, have a salad before hand, and the pizzawould come out HOT and it was an exciting event for a unique family treat. I guess pizza hut is like a twinkie. I remember Iliked them as a kid, but tasted one recently and either the recipe changed or I have. I guess we outgrew Pizza Hut. Sad to sayeven Dominos is better. So goes life, and goodbye to Pizza Hut. Not sure who your audience is anymore, maybe kids under 16?"

"Always good to do business with a sharp professional who's really at the top of her game. Since I was on the road I had occasion to sit in the car and wait for the pizza and pasta primavera to be prepared. That gave me a chance to see your crew in action. Do I have it right that the manager is the young woman that actually took our order well you wouldn't know who that is. But when I say the young woman who seems to be quite willing to charge in a kind manner is probably the manager.. It's as if she was the guiding force there. So I tip my hat to you again. Domino's so consistent it seems since we're in the middle of moving we've been eating at your establishment every night. Thanks very much for cooking. -a sole caregiver."

"I was very disappointed with pizza hut and there customer service. I ordered a pizza and it was about an hour wait, they were 10 minutes late, and when I got my pizza, bread sticks, and cinnamon sticks they were barely luke warm. So I called in to have the pizza replaced as only one piece had been eaten by my nephew and a few bites out of a second piece which I had tried and then decided to get it replaced. I had to sit on hold for 17 minutes (I know cause my cell phone keeps track of minutes on the phone) to wait for a manager. Finally the manager comes on and I told him how I felt about the pizza barely being warm and that I would like it replaced. He said OK, all of it? I said yes, all of it was barely even warm, Then he says OK, well, we'll have it out to you about 8 pm. Thanks. So I had a total wait time of 3 hours from my original order to my replacement order. The manager didn't apologize, or seem to really care at all. Seemed to me he was more irritated to be replacing my order than sorry about the poor quality. I also don't like how they instantly put you on hold as soon as they answer your call. They dont even give you one second to say OK, or no problem I can wait, or anything. I will NOT be ordering from here again. I'll go to Dominos or Figaros or even little Ceasars before I order from pizza hut again."
