"The whole staff was replaced a few months ago by slow and bad service. new employees came in and made good for some months. now they're on their old ones. they have returned slowly. Today, I was forced to leave a review. we ordered 2 crispy chicken sandwiches and 2 small fries. the sandwiches had only hues, brot and pickel. also the hunch was very muddy. the pommes were both thrown up in the bag. waiting for 15 minutes that it took to get it. everyone behind us waited so long. we don't even eat the sandwiches. the lady who took our orders always said that it was after my man had ordered every item. when she then took our money, she said no word and killed the window as my nudeby said, thank you. if they wish the worst mcdonalds and service they have ever had when that is the place for them."

"You could say they died and went to eat heaven when they experienced the churro waffel. we ignored the rest of the food when it came out and enjoyed every bite of this hot delicious crispy on the outside, melt in their mouth on the inner waffel of perfection. the impact cream is homemade, the coffee is tops and so is the service! the main dishes were great, we could have shared a skill between us with this waffel on the side and were also very good. for two foods we were so elated by the experience, we overlooked how pictures of the food received (we will visit and receive a next post.) we had luck to get a table immediately nab, but there is in the rule a waiting time. we will be again for more! highly recommended, the best breakfast of our life!"

"I have never screamed louder in my life. Ordered cookies through uber eats and they were set down outside. No knock or call or app update to let me know they were here. When I realized they were out there I brought them inside only for 3 giant roaches to jump out. The stickers sealing the boxes don't stop roaches. Please let your patrons know when something is delivered! Normally the app says when something is delivered, but yall never updated it to let me know. Even a slight knock would've alerted my dog to let me know. Horrible experience"

"Update: Reducing one star less due to the quality of the food, cleanliness of the bowls silverware that?s being served. Need to keep these most important things clean and neat all the time. ????? Great Phó place. The price you pay for the quantity is excellent. The Phó Beef Noodle soup (choice of meat) is the popular one. Bún Bò Hué Spicy Beef Noodle Soup also tastes great. The customer service was extremely nice. I would like to come again to this place."
