"Very casual eating, some low tables, some in decent height. a busy place, with families, children, high chairs, hectic and hard. Eating was really excellent. the salmon starter was plentiful, very well presented and very tasty. Veg soup was very good, came with a nice crispy crouton that would have been great with the salmon. chef please note. fish of the day was a touching frit of garnel, with noodles, veg and a soy sauce, very good to woman. my chorizo carbonara was perhaps the best carbonara I ever had. I asked about the recipe, but I'm still waiting. desserts were good even though they had a bit heavily dependent on chocolate. a little more variety would have been better. a good cheeseboard, with many Wicklow cheeses, rounded off a meal that until the standard of the more expensive hugo’s michelin rosette main restaurant. I'll be happy if I get the recipe for this carbonara."

"Had the pleasure of visiting Bochellis Italian restaraunt in greystones last week . It had been a number of years since my last visit to Bochellis so I was eager to explore their menu.<br/ <br/ To start I had the chicken liver parfait and for my main course I opted for the pasta carbonara with the addition of some chicken and peppers.<br/ <br/ The presentation of the parfait was very eye catching and it tasted as well as it looked , the only negative comment I would make about the parfait was the portion size of the bread served with it in my opinion was too small . The carbonara was delicious very flavoursome and creamy and the staff were extremely helpfull and nice . Will definetley be returning soon. <br/"

"Got a takeaway here a few weeks ago with my wife , sister, and brother-in-law. The food was nice. The place was not busy as it was about 4ish. The two girls were friendly and helpful. Took the The takeaway to the beach to eat. Nice day overall."

"BIRTHDAY RUINED. If I could give zero stars I would. What has happened? It used to be so nice. Our son's birthday celebration was ruined. Two main courses so bad they or the replacements offered could not be eaten. Another main did not arrive but a dish we did not order did. Food went cold while we waited for cutlery. No manager on site to deal with complaints. Finally am angry rude restaurant owner at the end of the phone when his Saturday night was interrupted over legitimate complaints about food and service. No apology for a birthday celebration ruined. This is not a restaurant where we would return even if offered a free meal, which is so disappointing because we were regular visitors,"
