"During our stay in Fleurie we regularly had morning coffee here, which was very pleasant and relaxed - good coffee too!Our one lunch was simple, but well-prepared and reasonably priced. "We chose the menu du jour at 19 euros but were very disappointed at the quality of the dishes. The starter was a basic cheese pate with simple salad, the main was a dish of three quarters mashed potato and barely one quarter duck and the desert a mixture of fruit and ice-cream. Total value roughly 11 euros."

"The place is very nice, beautiful view of the valley and an old but nice interior. wines of good quality and at very correct prices. We took the menu with rooster to the wines, the speciality of the chef. rooster in a very concentrated sauce but unfortunately with a misty taste. I read after other reviews on this site with the same remark. Too bad!"

"For a family meal, neat child menu, containing crudities and not the sempiteral steack chopped fries. Inputs-plats-desserts are hearty the greedy bulk work accompanied by a dessert would suffice to satisfy a good appetite. the veal ris and the kidneys were delicious and the gargantue plates. I had trouble finishing the pot with fish fire (a little too cooked). Service a little approximate for about 15 people, but good, we had time...Play area for the very appreciable little ones because we could observe them and it is far enough not to be generating."
