"El 23 de diciembre fuimos con mis suegros a festejar mi cumpleaño al restaurante, mi esposo pidio el matembre , yo un salmon , nuestros platos aunque nada de otro mundo estuvo bien, pero mis suegros pidieron chop suey al wok de lomo, bien el lomo hera una carnaza comun ,como son mayores al estar duro no lo pudieron comer, y el chop suey , fue imposible de comer, ya que tenia tanto aceto balsamico y estaba tan acido , que hera una vinagreta en vez del plato pedido , se suele poner en este plato una gota de aceto para acentuar los sabores de las verduras y dar un toque conbinado con la salsa de soja para realzar su sabor,yo recomendaria al chef si lo es, que haga un curso acelerado en estos sabores o saquen el plato del menu ,por que los orientales sentiriamos verguenza como esta presentado este plato.despues el precio esta acorde y el ambiente muy ruidoso,y la atencion buena,"
