"That was the WORST Pollo Tropical I?ve ever been! Starting with the recruitment of employees as soon as they take your order, they are extremely outpatient and rude, no attention to detail my orders have been grounded as you can see on the picture! Grilled chicken Caesar salad lacks the chicken, the croutons, no cheese on all only dry salads. On the other hand, the rice was very old and sticky and the chicken also dry and burned the order missing the beans for rice. TERRIBLE service and long wait for no reason."

"We made it here Sunday around 11:50 stood in line, surprised at how small it was, as we assumed it was a Resturant good for dining in but made more for ordering to go. I wouldn't even feel comfortable eating in there with how packed and small it was having people walking so close to the tables they had which maybe was enough to sit 10 12 people directly next to each other everyone else was standing to order to go which was like 25 /30 people packed. Customer service was excellent, one of the twins took our order and she was helpful with helping us choose sides. 25 minute wait time for the food. Food comes with main/ and rice and cornbread, with your choice of 1 side. Additional sides are 4.99 (not worth the size in my opinion unless they come with more that what's originally provided) my partner had the baked chicken(skin was crispy and looked well seasoned and moist), mac and cheese( not overly cheesy more like that old school baked how i like it) he said it was All Very Good down to the cornbread which he said was moist and tasty, Also blue lemonade which was really sweet but he also said it was good. I had the fried catfish(Very crispy thick batter but just a tad more seasoning than I wanted but the lemon helped with that), Collard greens (delicious with perfect seasoning to them), my cornbread was a little dry but good flavor( sweet). Neither of us ate much of the rice, maybe 2/3 spoonfuls.. It was Not bad in taste but didn't really want it. We were full."

"I work right around the corner so I'm here basically once a week.... It's always quick and fast service. Food is always hot, but sometimes salty. Portion sizes are just OK for the amount...I feel they can put a little more meat in the sub. The bread always soft! Overall food is delicious if you need something quick. Each meal comes with the fries and a soda and a bubble gum in the bag."

"We were looking to try a new spot around town and we’re very happy we came here for lunch. The staff was very friendly and helped us understand the menu. We ordered the full tex max salad with chicken, half of chicken pesto sandwich with chili, chips with hummus and a chocolate chip cookie. All of the food was delicious and they serve big portions. Hummus is some of the best I’ve had, and the chocolate chip cookie was chewy and satisfying."
