The second time they specifically wanted their food and the order was confirmed, after three hours of waiting, they themselves called to cancel the order, it turned out that they didn’t start it, someone forgot to squeeze something. They offered to cook everything quickly, we refused, it was already late in the evening, we went to bed hungry. The third time they ordered food through Yandex, they decided that they would not want to spoil their reputation there. But it was not there! An hour later, with a penny, they call the “food delivery” phone and hang up! No one is visible through the window, after 10 minutes of calls from the cafe, it turns out that the courier has arrived and is standing two entrances from ours. Apparently, he had to go out and start looking for him. What did I actually advise for the future! That is, in the end, I also turned out to be to blame This was the last time I ordered food at a cafe, and not a chain one. (Original Три раза пытался заказать доставку. Но не тут то было! Через час с копейками звонок на телефон «доставка еды» и кладут трубку! В окно никого не видно, спустя 10 минут перезвонов с кафе выясняется, что курьер приехал и стоит через два подъезда от нашего. Видимо, должен был выйти и начать его искать. Что мне собственно и посоветовали на будущее! То есть в итоге я ещё и сам виноват оказался Это был последний раз, когда я заказывал еду в местом кафе, а не сетевом."

The only negative is that the room is cool, there is no heating and the water is cold to wash your hands. Which is why I took off a star. Борщ хорош. Даже мясо в нем есть . Но особенно хочется отметить суп Соус первый раз такой пробовала, ооооочень понравился, даже захотелось взять рецепт. Вобщем рекомендую! Единственный минус в помещении прохладно, нет отопления и вода холодная руки мыть. За что собственно звёздочку сняла. Мне было не комфортно, так как после прогулки по зимнему городу хотелось погреться."
