"Came in for breakfast and told we could sit anywhere. Sat at the first table but the waitress asked us to move because that’s where regulars like to sit. We picked a second table and the waitress,”maybe not there either” then took us into a back room by the bathrooms. She brought us coffee then we never saw her again. Another waitress took care of tables around us but she never acknowledged us. We finally just got up and paid for coffee and left."

"Michael’s is a small restaurant on the edge of Little Italy. It doesn’t look very impressive from the outside but don’t let that stop you from eating here! The pasta, red sauce, and bread are made in house. The food was delicious and we were given large portion sizes, enough to enjoy the leftovers for lunch the next day. I had the ziti and my husband had the beef on deck, both meals were great! The server was prompt and friendly. The prices were very reasonable. Don’t hesitate to eat here!"

"Edit: simply notice the commentary of manager/restaurant and love them the fact that they take the time to engage with customers. I also want to change my note at the price somewhat. Since I recognize at this point cost and change times in the pandemic, this must be taken into account. realistically they can not get a meal on a running gear thru for less that is $10 and the quality. what they expect. at least on brick and mortar, locally owned by companies with well-known high call they know that they get what they pay. also, while the menu items I mentioned below are no longer available I dare out and tried their pfeffer dip and it is hands down the best dip I had regional. also for the extra couple dollar for extra pita, they load you up! thank you! :d one evening there was a command here. it was right to be too late, but since I ordered three appetizers, they were super courtesy and assured me that they would always be. was a bit expensive, almost $40, but the portions were fair and the eating was good. will definitely return and it will be a kind of my occasional special tasty bites, especially the buffalo cauliflower and asparagus! also good to know veg options, although I are not vegetarian many of my friends."

"It's real in house made custard not soft serve. The have an abundance of custard choices pre packed to go or the fresh made flavors of the day. They will always have chocolate and vanilla with three or four other flavors the rotate. The ice cream is Hershey's brand good stuff."
