"We have visited this restaurant several times after giving them another go after our failed visit. We called in last Sunday and there was young female staff on. We ordered our coffees only to be bought across the wrong ones. This was easily fixed...but the coffee was more like coloured water. Flavour? None. The milk? None. It had to be the very worst cups of coffee ever. The lady who usually makes the coffee is really good but these young girls need to be taught how to make a decent cup... Sorry!"

"Used to be good, but recently has been pretty garbage all around. Bad service waited at least and hour for pizza, and when the pizza finally came it was very disappointing. Would not call this restaurant authentic Italian when the pizzaiolo clearly has no clue what they're doing"

"We have visited Horta’s twice previously during a stay in January 2022 and December 2020. The food ,staff and outside accommodation for dining with our dogs made it a must do. The owner even sacrificing his favourite last bottle of Rioja for our enjoyment. This...experience was a sad comparison …."
