"Best Thai in Brisbane. This restaurant has always been worth the travel. Great prices, and after much searching IMO is the best tasting and quality Thai food available in Brisbane. Always satisfied plus service with a smile. I try to get there at least once a week!"

"I have absolutely no idea how this restaurant receives positive reviews, (unless they pay friends to write them)! What actually arrived was disgusting! I ordered 4 Calamari Rings and 8 Steamed Dim Sim. I had one Calamari Ring which was so greasy and horrible that I threw the rest away. Regarding the 8 Dim Sim in the order. They were so horribly stodgy, with so much half cooked pastry (and I dont know what the mixture inside was), I only ate two of them because I was really hungry, but chucked the rest of them in the bin. I will never order from this restaurant again."

"Here collapsed for some takeaway sushi for my family and was really impressed by the freshness and quality of the sushi. The employees were busy making the sushi that confirms that the product is not brought along. The place had to choose a dozen, as well as meals in a bowl, oh and some delicious steamed dim sims. Sushi is a new thing in Sandgate, a place that quickly lives as a village in a suburb and enjoys an enormous gentrification. We'll be back."

"We all go to restaurants primarily for the food - so we hope and expect that it will be good. Well, Darun Thai's food is delicious. I went with 3 other friends and everyone really enjoyed their meals. The restaurant's décor is new and very nicely thought out to convey that 'Thai' feeling and the staff and service was wonderful. I don't think I've ever seen a review of any restaurant where someone, somewhere, has a bad experience and gives a bad report - however I can only report that Darun Thai was amazing! I had my fav Pad Thai and this was one of the best I've had anywhere. I'd sure recommend this restaurant either for a romantic couple's night out, friends get-together, or even a family. They also do take-away."

"I order delivery often and food is always outstanding, can't fault it. But I would be prepared for longgg waits on a Saturday or Sunday. I've waited up to an hour which I totally understand but tonight it's been almost two hours and my order has only just left the restaurant. I know hospitality gets crazy busy but it seems they may be understaffed. It's still delicious though!"
