"Ordered online where they automatically added a $5.95 tip without asking. Then I waited for 20 minutes past my curbside pickup time. After seeing several DoorDash, Grubhub, etc drivers get their food by going inside, I went in there my food was, sittingin a bag ready to go. No way to tell how long it sat there, but it was cold when I got home, and I live less than 1 mile fromthe restaurant. There are way too many other options in this area to go back here for forced gratituity, long wait times, andcold food."

"The food at this location is hit or miss. My main issue here is that you pretty much can’t ever go in and order in the evening. You have to use the app. Supposedly it’s because of their registers. I can’t imagine how much business they’ve lost because they can’t figure out how to fix their registers"

"I went to a tacos place so I tired their tacos but the tacos were mostly lettuce. Was especially disappointed with the fried avocado one though there was like 3 baby slices of avocado hidden underneath the lettuce mountain. Also why did I tip to serve my own food and bus my own table? Really was excited to try this place but next time I'll make the drive to Torchy's."

"Not a welcoming environment! ???? I am not familiar with their menu and I can 't even pronounced quesadilla this was my second time coming to this place. I am so disappointed that the guy was working there probably had a bad day but it 's not right to giving people a hard time, he literally Said I have no time for this, I am stressing out then he walked away. I simply asked if he can add a pulled pork not a sample to try , but he still gave me a free sample anyways. The food was good though but will definitely come back to a different location."

"I'll never come here again. Guy gave me like a pinch of pulled pork and I asked for double meat. Then I had to pay like 15 dollars for the burrito. Such a rip off. Not only that, the bathroom is absolutely disgusting. Clogged toilet and various gross random items in and around the toilet. Dear owner: don?t respond to this, as your other responses are pathetic, corporate hot air. Just tell your people to stop shorting customers. I read some of the other reviews, seems like its a recurring theme for them to short customers on ingredients."

"Wow. I am so ashamed that in the place of chipotles founding, Colorado, I was charged 9.65 for a cheese quesadilla (just cheese and a tortilla). There was barely any cheese and the chipotle staff member when I asked was I just charged $9.65 for a tortilla and cheese the response was that is what our manager told us to do. just for reference a chicken burrito is less than a cheese quesadilla. I didnt want any sides just a tortilla and cheese. And the service member acted like $9.65 was just the right price for that. I get inflation is high but this is fast food robbery. shame on you chipotle. Shame on the manager who runs such a poorly operated establishment."
