"LOTS of sour cream in my burrito when not asked (I am allergic to dairy and couldn?t even eat my burrito); no fajitas in burrito bowl, just basically lettuce and rice; not given a tortilla on the side when ordered; given two Mexican sprites instead of Mexican cokes; greeted and thanked the staff who didn?t even look up or acknowledge us. No napkins or utensils stocked anywhere. I would?ve let it slide if there were one or two mistakes, but no?. Literally the only thing correct about my order was that one was a burrito and one was a burrito bowl (if 90% lettuce and 10% rice count as a bowl) PS: pic of bowl is AFTER I mixed it. I have never written a review let alone a negative one until now. Crazy"

"I had a curbside pickup and parked right in front of the store. No one came out so I called and was asked to hold. Then I was hung up on. I called again and the phone was picked up but they said nothing. I sat in my car listening to them take the order of whoever walked in. I put my phone on speaker and went inside and the lady at the register didn 't even acknowledge me. When she finally asked me how she could help me, I told her what happened and all she could say was oh, sorry so I told her I wasn 't mad at HER, which I wasn 't, but we were there at the pick up time, in the car I described in the online order, and still had to wait 25 min for my food. I WAS SO EXCITED THAT THEY RE-OPENED TOO!! Now I 'm disappointed :c"

"I called the restaurant on Wednesday of this week needing a place for a larger party for my son's graduation. I spoke to the owner who was giving me instructions on how to go to there website, long story short I went over, meet with her and decided on a menu right then and there. She was MORE the accommodating. She ordered us a cake and personalized a menu (because we had 24 people). On the day of the party we showed up 15 minutes early and everything was better then I anticipated. The service was wonderful, the owner checked in with me several times to make sure everything was going ok and food was Amazing!!!!! I could not have asked for a better time and best of all my son had fun. The original establishment did not work out but in the end I was much happier it didn't."
