"Located in Manuka shopping centre, this Thai restaurant was a real find. We needed an early dinner and the Baan Latsamy delivered above expectations. The corner arcade position, floor to ceiling windows and folding doors allowed plenty of light and outside viewing onto Flinders Street. Draught stoppers along the inside closed doors were a welcome touch to protect diners from any Autumn chilliness, which would be even more welcome during a Canberra Winter! Service was friendly, helpful, prompt and efficient. Meals were reasonably priced and servings were generous. We requested a mild version of seafood green curry and, for us, it was very tasty with enough heat without being too spicy. Highly recommended."

"Arrived late on a Saturday without a booking. The young waitress showed us straight to a table without a problem. Food is excellent and my wife remarked how all plates were going back into the kitchen empty. Great service and great food."

"Thank you to all the staff at C Seafood and Oyster Bar for a beautiful dinner for my mother's birthday! We had originally booked elsewhere but because of our terrible reception when we got there we left there and decided to come to C Seafood and Oyster Bar instead. It turned out to be the best decision, because the staff were all perfectly lovely and thoughtful.. my mum wanted to have a margarita and it wasn't on the drinks menu but they made one especially for her anyway! And the service throughout our dinner was attentive without being overwhelming. The food was excellent as always, and fresh. My dad loved the creaminess of the natural oysters and the Kilpatrick styled oysters were delicious as well. We also shared the crab poutine, which was yummy and cheesy, the kingfish ceviche which had a really nice tangy Thai dressing with it and the squid which was crispy with a delicious sauce and to top it all off, the shellfish risotto which was perfectly cooked and smooth. We were too full after that to have dessert! Everything was great, and we would definitely come back! Thank you again for a wonderful experience!"

"My husband and I had lunch at Chong Co Thai. The food was fresh and delicious, they have a unique lunch menu which you can choose from. You choose a rice/noodle, a sauce and what ever protein you would like and they make it for you. The normal menu is also available. The service was fast and friendly and the cost was very reasonable."
