"This place sucks!! Service is horrible. They are supposed to open at 11 and they open whenever they feel like it. I got there at 11:10, saw the employees sitting and eating, no one opened the door. Finally, got inside and sat for another 10 minutes before I was served. Then the server tried to use her hands to scoop my food. Plus, The place is not kept clean. I love Willy?s but not going back to this location."

"WORST chipotle ever. My tacos came with so much sour cream, you can?t even see the taco. They put my daughters chicken on the side of her quesadilla instead of in it. She got milk instead of juice. And neither my tacos nor my sisters bowl has cheese on it. Every time I order from this chipotle SOMETHING, if not everything is wrong."

"Tried this place for lunch and not impressed. The service was slow and annoyed. Multiple people walked out while waiting to be seated but they were NOT busy at all. I ordered a burrito. They charged $1.50 extra to use melted cheese instead of shredded cheese. Really!? $1.50 extra for five slices of pickled jalapeno. Bland house salsa. Even the chips were undercooked. Will not return."

"We were in town for a festival and had a group of 50+. We made reservations ahead of time. They handled us beautifully even though we had more guests than we expected. They even printed a menu with our group logo on it. Super efficient and polite. Delicious food as well!"

"Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience at a different location the same day, where they were out of part of my meal and didn?t let me know. I reached out to Chipotle and they gave me a reward on my app to get the missing part of my meal another time. So, I used the reward to put in the missing item and pick it up from this location since it was also on my way home. I don?t know if it was just the disappointing customer service at the other location that set my expectations low, but I was pleasantly encouraged when I walked in and was greeted by the staff behind the counter. My meal was not yet on the shelf (but I was a little early) so I was prepared to wait until it?s time. Instead of leaving me there to wait, someone asked me for my name so they could check on my order and was able to quickly get my meal out to me, before my pickup time. It was a simple interaction, but the acknowledgment that I was there went a long way. Especially after my time at the other location. So, thank you."
