"I and my partner recently went into this cafe and I am glad we did. the young guy who served us could not have been better, really nice, friendly and very helpful. he made me a nice latte and my wife a beautiful flat white, although he was busy, he recommended restaurants to eat evening. he also gave our little dog some ham and water, which was a nice note."

"Fantastic spot for a view of the water with free parking. We hired a kayak and enjoyed an hour paddling out on the loch. Friendly and helpful team in the cafe and deck. Would also recommend for the place as a nice quiet lookout to sit and take in the scenary (with a cuppa from the cafe)"

"No idea what this star hotel is like. Long story short my husband booked nights in the Puffin room for my birthday in November. Showed me the print out of the confirmed booking as a surprise. I was overjoyed as had wanted to stay here for ages and I adore puffins. As a vegan it couldn't be more perfect. The hotel though decided that I was not to have my wonderful birthday present. They changed the booking to different rooms for our stay. So Friday (my birthday) in one room, not Puffin, and Saturday in a smaller room. How bad is that? I was so disappointed and sad for my lovely husband who had arranged a perfect gift. Eventually got money back but they are very slow. If you think they deserve your booking good luck. You might get a nasty surprise. I love to support vegan businesses but not this one."
