"Went here last night with 2 friends got drinks right away, but our food order not so good!! We waited about 40 minutes NO FOOD! My friend spoke to the waitress, the manager came over to us and said the waitress said we never ordered food!!!! That’s why we went there to eat! We don’t even drink beer! So we said, we indeed did order dinner but never got it!! He said he believed her and we had to leave and never come back!! I will never go back. But I thought the customer was important! Apparently NOT HERE!!"

If you absolutely need Eight O’Clock coffee, buy it anywhere but the source: I ordered 6 packs of Central Highlands from Eight O’Clock via their website and every pack had an expiration date of only 3 months away, compared to a pack purchased at ShopRite which I’d had for 2 months already, but was several months fresher. I made 5 attempts to contact them of this issue (and included photos of the expiration date) and all but the last attempt thanked me for my concern but made no attempt to resolve. My last communication was entirely ignored."
