"Has gone downhill so FAST it?s crazy. Respect to the runners and cashiers for dealing with management. I understand raised prices, but cutting portion size too? I pay more now to get less, and the quality is so hit or miss. Tonight?s my last time at this location after being skimped. I wasn?t allowed to get what I asked for and what I?ve been getting for years. Management and tenured staff are legit mad when they serve you. I?m tired of feeling scammed after I already put my card in. I feel robbed of the thousands I?ve spent here over the years (no joke 3 5 times a week for 3 years) I realize I?m stupid for continuing to go, but the food is good sometimes, hence the 2 stars. If you don?t want to get disrespected while getting food, then don?t come here. Every time is a different experience with new smaller sizes. It?s playing roulette and sometimes it?s good, depending on which staff are working. Would love if management took the hint because everyone I know feels the exact same."
