"Nice venue but unfortunately we received poor service. Staff were unfriendly and rude and were intolerant of five people sitting at the table and only two ordering tea, despite three being children. The tea was cold, toilets did not have soap and there was only a dirty tea towel provided to dry our hands. We will not return, despite being frequent shoppers in Saintes."
