"My waitress was new and still learning.she needed help. I ordered a ToGo order and she forgot to call it in so I waited 30-35 minutes before they even started on my food. I was patient but waiting an hour was really ridiculous. And to add insult to injury the food was cold and the bacon was overcooked..the pork chops were undercooked so we ended up tossing them. This was an expensive mess! $34 plus an undeserved $6 tip (not including the mandatory Togo tip). In my opinion find another Waffle House before going here Service: Take out Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1"

"My hamburgers looked like a hockey pucks topped with wilted lettuce and black burned onions. Hashrounds were for some reason white and tasted like really old oil and our hot lemon pepper wings were downing in the old oil as well! 50.00 down the drain! Very disappointed! Used to be very good!"

"What is not to love. Take a step back to the time before all Fast Food restaurants. This is evident from the moment you visit what is usually a busy parking lot. Working for the right reasons. Housetown cooking and hospitality. If you are looking for chandeliers and fancy dishes, this is not the place for you. What you do is a feeling of what life was in the days of the small communities. Where the locals are happy to welcome you with a friendly smile and a Hello. Where the food is fresh and cooked at home. I personally find these small local companies very rewarding. I remember going to my grandmother's house. Nothing beautiful, but filled with love and great food."
