"Menu is huge and food is great and great prices. Best New England clam chowder I ever had that was not in New England. Only at the bottom was the whole place smelled like bath cleaning products or something. Like a strong disinfectant smell in a public resting room or something. "Whaaaat?! I haven't reviewed Jeff's?! Ok quick take. It's a shack. No really, it's a shack. A shack that's been around for quite a long time. They get in fresh fish seafood. You can get texts when the fish is coming in even reserve your bounty. Like my dad I did with the latest special Live Soft Shell Crabs. Easy to clean, but not for the squeamish. They are about to open up a food truck on the lot. I'll keep ya posted. 5-4-2017"

"I was told by some people about Joe's Crab Shack and thought my people should try it. You have a few locations in the area and we went to Westbury location at 1195 Corporate Dr. I studied the menu on the line and the prices were reasonable, but the reviews were everywhere. I'm game to go every place, see for me once. It looks small from outside, but it is deep inside. Tables and stands are available. One thing to know is that it can be loud. I don't eat crabs or lobsters, but they have a menu of steam boilers that we saw on some tables and people seemed to enjoy the food. My order was for 2 appetizers of Calamari with Marinara sauce and the Clam nuggets with frits and tartaric acid. The ladies had both the shrimp sampler with coconut, crispy and popcorn shrimp with fries and both marinara and tartaric acid sauce. A lot of food, but I told the waiter that everything was overcrowded and it would have been better with a lighter dough. I would consider this place a step up or two from a fast food salon."

"I was here today told lady I am highly allergic to seafood she was touching on the food without gloves she could have sent me to the hospital with an allergic reaction why she couldn't just listen without an attitude from this day forward I will never step foot back in her deli she lost a customer because her attitude an her not able to listen to customer to tell u she highly allergic to seafood. They don't use gloves when preparing food. I not gonna call the department of health on them I will just stay out of her store she isn't a nice person at all she is an awful person"
